Dr. Dt. Nevşin Şener

Dr. Dt. Nevşin Şener went to Balıkesir Mehmetçik Primary School, and Sırrı Yırcalı Anatolian High School respectively. In 1999, she started Ege University Faculty of Dentistry and in her final year she did her pedodontics internship at The Netherlands Radboud University in Nijmegen. In 2004, she gave her dissertation on ‘the evaluation of non-surgical periodontal treatment in patients with aggressive and chronic periodontitis in short term’ and started her PhD on ‘Periodontology’ at Ege University Faculty of Dentistry in the same year. She completed her career education in 2010 with her PhD dissertation on ‘the evaluation of stability, bite force and active tactile sensitivity changes of implants with a fluoride modified surface'. She started her career at a private clinic as a periodontology specialist and then continued in her own clinic in Alsancak. In 2021, she started working at Ultimadent Oral and Dental Health Clinic as the founder and dentist. She knows advanced level English and intermediate level Italian.

Implant applications, plastic periodontal surgery and cosmetic dentistry are among her interests. In order to share the importance of periodontological approach especially in preventive dentistry, she had presentations and held courses in İzmir, Uşak and Aydın Chamber of Dentists.

She is the member of Turkish Periodontology Association, Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry Association (EDAD), and ITI Study Club.
